A Rainbows Light

So, I made this when I was bored, the shading is trash, so is the background, but yea. The character is Holy, another one of my OC's. Paint 3D and MS Paint wouldn't cooperate with me, so the whole thing overall is trash. Also the fill tool in Paint 3D is killing me with how it has to fill in some of the black lines along with the background. (I got lazy with the initial shading and the wings..)
